1 Definitions and General Applicability

In this document, "ck444", "we" and "our" refer to the ck444 platform and its operating authority. "Member", "user" and "you" refer to any person who uses the ck444 website or application. "Services" refers to casino games, sports betting, live casino and all related digital activities.

These terms were last updated in January 2025. They apply automatically to anyone who uses ck444 services. If you do not agree with any of the terms, you are requested to stop using the site.

Alongside these terms, our Privacy Policy also describes in detail how your account and personal information are kept secure. Both documents complement each other and should be read together.

2 Membership and Eligibility Requirements

2.1 Age Requirement

To open an account on ck444 and take part in any betting or casino activity, the applicant must be at least 21 years of age. Any attempt to keep an underage account active will result in immediate closure, and the associated balance may be forfeited.

2.2 One Person, One Account

Each member may open only one account. If a single person is found to hold multiple accounts, all of them will be closed and any bonuses or benefits in those accounts will be cancelled. ck444 verifies this through device checks, IP addresses and identity verification.

2.3 Accurate Information

All information provided at registration must be accurate, complete and up to date. An account opened with false information may be closed at any time. ck444 may request a national identity card or other documents for identity verification as needed.

2.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your login details (username and password) confidential. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, notify the ck444 support team immediately. Sharing or selling your account to a third party is strictly prohibited.

3 Deposits, Withdrawals and Payments

3.1 Deposit Rules

The minimum deposit amount on ck444 is ৳300. Accepted payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer (including major banks such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank and Islami Bank). Using the correct reference number at the time of deposit is important — failure to do so may delay the transaction.

3.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Once a withdrawal request is approved, it is generally processed within 1 hour. Withdrawal methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer. Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method that matches the identity registered on the account.

3.3 Verification Process

For withdrawals above a certain amount, or when a new payment method is added, ck444 may request identity verification. The relevant transaction will remain on hold until this process is complete. It is the member's responsibility to cooperate with the verification process.

3.4 Third-Party Payments

Depositing into your ck444 account from someone else's account, or withdrawing to another person's payment method from your account, is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the account will be suspended immediately.

4 Bonus and Promotion Terms

4.1 Welcome Bonus

ck444 offers new members a 200% first deposit bonus of up to ৳5,000. For example, a deposit of ৳1,000 earns a bonus of ৳2,000 — giving a total balance of ৳3,000 — and the bonus amount (৳2,000) must be wagered 10 times, i.e. ৳20,000 in bets. The bonus cannot be withdrawn directly; winnings from the bonus may only be withdrawn after the wagering requirement is met.

4.2 Ongoing Promotions

The ck444 weekly deposit gift bonus can be claimed once per week — a 50% bonus on the deposit, up to ৳5,000, with a 15x wagering requirement. Depositing on a Friday earns a 30% bonus from the ck444 Friday Reload offer, up to ৳3,000, with a 12x wagering requirement. For deposits intended for cricket or sports betting, a 40% bonus is available from the Cricket Festival Bonus.

4.3 Bonus Restrictions

• One promotion cannot be used alongside another at the same time, unless specifically permitted.
• Transferring a bonus to another member is strictly prohibited.
• If ck444 finds evidence of misuse or manipulation of bonuses, it reserves the right to forfeit the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Requesting a withdrawal before the wagering requirement is met will result in cancellation of the bonus and any bonus-related winnings.

4.4 Right to Modify Promotions

ck444 reserves the right to change, suspend or cancel any promotion at any time. Members will be given adequate notice before any change takes effect.

5 Betting and Gaming Rules

5.1 Betting Rules

Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled, unless the relevant game or event is incomplete due to a technical fault. The same policy applies to all sports betting, casino games and live dealer games. The specific rules for each game can be found on that game's page or in the game menu.

5.2 Technical Faults

Bets on incomplete games caused by server issues, disconnections or game errors will be refunded. Claims of unusually large winnings arising from a faulty situation are not acceptable, and ck444 reserves the right to review such outcomes.

5.3 Prohibited Activities

• Using any software, bots or automated methods to exploit the system.
• Attempting to influence other members or the outcome of games.
• Placing coordinated bets with others to obtain bonuses (arb betting or syndicate play).
• Exploiting any flaw or vulnerability in the platform without reporting it.

5.4 Determining Results

For sports betting, the official announcement by the relevant sports authority (such as the ICC or BPL organising committee) will be considered the final result. Casino game results are determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG), which is entirely impartial.

6 VIP Programme and Cashback

ck444's VIP programme has 5 tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. Each tier offers a weekly cashback benefit, which is based on the net loss for the week (total losses minus total winnings).

• Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver: up to 0.3% weekly cashback
• Gold: up to 0.5% weekly cashback
• Platinum: up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Diamond: up to 0.8% weekly cashback

For example, if a Gold tier member has a net loss of ৳20,000 in a week, the cashback will be ৳20,000 × 0.5% = ৳100. Members can move up to higher tiers through active participation. Cashback is paid every Monday and is subject to its own wagering requirements.

7 Account Suspension and Closure Policy

7.1 ck444's Right to Close Accounts

ck444 may suspend or close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any part of these terms and conditions
• Evidence of false identity or fraud
• Misuse or manipulation of the bonus system
• Use of unauthorised software or bots
• Suspicion of financial fraud or money laundering

7.2 Closure Request by Member

If a member wishes to close their account themselves, they must contact the support team. All pending withdrawals must be completed before closure. Arrangements are also available for members who wish to temporarily lock their account or permanently close it for responsible gaming reasons.

8 Responsible Gaming and Self-Exclusion

ck444 believes that gaming should be an enjoyable experience. Under our Responsible Gaming policy, every member has the right to set their own limits. Members can set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits on their account.

If gaming is affecting your daily life or financial situation, contact the support team right away. Using the self-exclusion feature, it is possible to block access to the platform for a set period or permanently. This feature is available 24/7.

9 Privacy and Data Protection

10 Customer Support and Dispute Resolution

ck444's customer support team is available 7 days a week, 24 hours a day to assist members. Support is available via live chat and email, in both Bengali and English.

11 Limitation of Liability

ck444 is not liable for temporary disruptions caused by technical faults, server outages, internet connectivity issues or third-party service failures. However, ck444 is committed to restoring services as quickly as possible.

Betting and gaming inherently involve financial risk. Members place bets of their own choice and are responsible for the outcome of those decisions. ck444 does not guarantee the result of any bet.

12 Policy on Changes to Terms

ck444 may change any part of these terms as it sees fit. For significant changes, members will be notified in advance at their registered email address and a notice will be posted on the site. Continued use of the site after any changes will be considered acceptance of the new terms.

If a member does not agree with the updated terms, they have the right to close their account and withdraw their balance. The date of any change to the terms will always be shown at the top of this page.
